  Always greeted warmly by the gentleman there, whose name I believe is Jim, and on a soggy September day was given a proper cup of builders tea (just the way I like it) and a couple of biscuits too (that's the way to my heart) and waited in the dry whilst this nice chap checked all my tyres, made sure they were efficiently inflated and properly balanced. One of the tyres had to go and whilst he was fitting, he also noticed that the brakes should be looked at too. Quick shout out to the chap next door and I was furnished with a quote - just like the old days when businesses worked together for the good of the customer!
  
  My bill for balancing the tyres and replacing one was a fantastic price, less than £50 and a gentle reminder than I should probably look to get another two replaced before winter - no hard sell at all - and I was on my way!
  
  Thanks again for the great service, the friendly banter, the cup of tea and of course the biscuits too!! I'll be back!
