  Utterley useless, as usual. Phoned to ask the US$ exchange rate. Waited for a long time to be put through to the branch. Eventually I just asked for the rate from the Indian call centre, as evidently they don't pick the phone up. This was provided and I said "So if I go down there now I can get this rate", "Oh yes". Drove down, parked, queued, asked for just US$50, only to be told "Oh no, we don't keep US$". That is last time I set foot in that branch, its only use is to provide a home for the ATM.
